KEY MILESTONES IN WEST SUSSEX COUNTRYSIDE

PROGRESS UPDATE - countryside home nearing completion

Pell Stevens Architects West Sussex countryside home new build. Slate roof. Dwelling within natural landscape. Sensitive architecture.

This new build family home in the West Sussex countryside is really taking shape on site. With the external rendering, roof slates installed, and the scaffold structure removed, we can really start to see the design intent start to integrate with the wider landscape.

Internally, decorating has commenced with key elements of contemporary modern living. The unbelievable rooflight that effortlessly lights the entrance atrium is a real highlight to the project.

Throughout all RIBA work stages, sustainability and building performance were key drivers in the design and form of the home. With the Air Source Heat Pump’s and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery unit installed, this home is well equipped to provide this family with a warm, well ventilated home.
