DECO STYLE NEW BUILD

This new build Miami-influenced ‘Deco’ style house overlooks the English Channel and is in sight of the Isle of Wight. The house is completely white and is an important statement in its prominent position. To achieve maximum benefit from the magnificent ocean views, the main living room is on the top floor, which opens onto a wide, full length balcony. The floating oak and glass staircase and north facing glass block wall, link all three storeys. It is constructed using a timber cassette system above ground, manufactured off-site.
