We are a closely knit team of architects and designers who provide a very professional, friendly and personal service, to all our clients.
We are presently looking for an Architect with at least 5 years post Part III experience to join our friendly, ambitious and creative team.
Roger Pell-Stevens
Chartered Architect : Director
Founding Director and Principle Designer, Roger has over 40 years experience in residential, commercial, leisure and medical architecture. He has led projects internationally in Germany, the Netherlands, Latvia, France and Italy. Roger now specialises in residential architecture for private clients, and in the research and development of low-carbon, access and age friendly design.
Richard Weaver
Chartered Architectural Technologist MCIAT
Richard joined Pell-Stevens Architects in 2008 and became an Associate in 2015. He is an experienced designer, specifier, and contract administrator, overseeing projects from initial procurement to completed on-site construction. He is closely involved in marketing and practice management.
Kate Yoell
Chartered Architect : Associate
Kate joined Pell-Stevens Architects in 2012 having previously worked on education projects. Kate enjoys the variety of residential projects that we have in the Studio and has developed an expertise for designing and delivering projects in the New Forest National Park. Kate retains her links to academia, teaching at the University of Portsmouth in the undergraduate design studios and recently as an examiner for the Final Examination in Professional Practice (RIBA Part 3).
David Elliott
BEng Architectural Technician
After graduating from the University of the West of England, Bristol, David spent several years working in London on a mix of educational, commercial, and residential architecture, before joining the studio in September 2017.
Clayton Way
Architectural Assistant
After gaining his degree in Architecture and Design Clayton spent almost 2 years working in Winchester on high-end residential schemes and one-off homes. He is currently studying on the Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship course at the University of Portsmouth, which will ultimately lead him up to full qualification, whilst maintaining a developed and direct relationship between professional practice and academia.
Tiffany Miramon
PR and Marketing
Tiffany joined our admin and PR team in 2015 after a varied background in Performing Arts, event catering and advertising sales. She co-ordinates Practice events and helps with the day-to-day running of the studio, supporting the Director and the design team. She speaks Spanish and a little French and Italian.
Nerea Monsalve Cardenal
PR and Marketing
Nerea joined Pell-Stevens Architects in 2015 to help with the administration of the practice. She started her career in the hospitality industry and has worked for international firms in the financial and boat manufacturing sectors. She speaks four languages and has a Masters in Business Administration.
