SITE AND BRIEF

We believe the best buildings come from an excellent brief, and close cooperation between the client, advisors and contractors. With our friendly and open approach, we seek to encourage this communication throughout the duration of the project.

CONCEPT AND DESIGN

At the heart of the Practice’s organisation is the design team, who take a new project from inception to completion. The team collaborates with engineers, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, energy consultants and other specialists.

PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION

We provide full architectural services for all stages of the process; measured building surveys; brief development; preliminary designs; planning applications; detailed design; Building Regulations applications; specifications; work schedules; tender documentation; advise on building contracts; and contract administration.
