Semi-detached cottage transformed, inside and out

Our clients wanted to update and renovate their family home, which had suffered from some poor quality extensions over the years. A new front extension gives the semi-detached cottage, near Fordingbridge, an imposing and attractive new identity. A re-planned ground floor provides better flow and space, whilst retaining traditional features. A new staircase, moved significantly within the house, leads to improved first and second floor accommodation. To the rear, a new kitchen with feature glazed doors, looks down the rear garden and to the extensive countryside views beyond.
